Subprocessors and Service Providers

Zen Timing uses external service providers to operate the prijave.run platform, protect its systems, send electronic communications and support sports event registrations.

When Zen Timing processes personal data on behalf of a sports event organizer, certain providers act as subprocessors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR.

1. Subprocessors

• Hetzner Online GmbH – hosting of the application, databases and backups.
• Cloudflare, Inc. – website protection, security and technical availability.
• Zoho – business email services when used for registration-related communications.
• ZeptoMail (Zoho) – delivery of transactional emails related to registrations.

2. Card payments – Stripe

The platform uses Stripe Connect for card payments. Event organizers connect their own Stripe accounts and receive registration fees directly. Stripe processes payment data in accordance with its terms and privacy policies.

Depending on the processing activity, Stripe may act as an independent data controller or in another applicable role. It is therefore not automatically listed as a Zen Timing subprocessor for all activities.

3. Changes to the list

Zen Timing updates this list when subprocessors are added or replaced. Organizers will be notified of intended changes in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and may submit a reasoned objection.
